Essential Functions: To provides technical and scientific strategic leadership to the dissemination of lesson learned to staff within TNC as well as to our external partners/stakeholders. S/he is also responsible for the application or replication of the lessons learned or conservation models, including capacity building & training activities, and provides monitoring & evaluation mechanism to measure the success of the replication or application of various models in different settings. Qualifications: M.S in science related field and 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must have experience in designing, implementing, and directing complex or multiple projects of strategic importance, including managing budgets, developing curricula/training modules, supervising multidisciplinary professionals and coordinating the work of partners. The ability to synthesize & integrate project/program findings/lessons learned, and/or next steps and communicating them to senior management is essential.
