MERCY CORPS IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR

1. Administrative Assistant (Sumatera Health School Program - SHSP)

This position primarily responsible to support SHSP Management (Jakarta and field) and Monitor and Evaluation Manager in Jakarta:

Collecting information from the field
Providing/typing support data about SHSP indicators
Logistic/Administra tive Support
The staff will work very closely with Program Manager and Monitor and Evaluation Manager to solve implementation problem that will occur in the program life. This position for 3 months contract with possibility to extend.


2. Flood Risk Reduction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project implementation for Mercy Corps’ FRR project in Jakarta. Responsibilities include: rigorous planning, design, monitoring and evaluation, staff supervision, budget management, donor relations, report writing and overseeing all elements of program implementation including logistics. Close engagement, partnership and capacity building of local communities are essential. The Project Manager provides leadership and mentoring to the FRR project team and is responsible for staff development. Participation in the Mercy Corps Indonesia management team, strategic planning and proposal writing is also required. The Project Manager coordinates closely with the leadership of Mercy Corps’ urban program to ensure inter-program learning and overall urban program quality.
